Dear God, please help me not to rationalize sinful behaviors, but help me to exercise genuine repentance from sin. Let me obey the Holy Spirit whenever he speaks to my conscience. Please deliver me from the power of sin. Empower me to serve and walk with you with the integrity of my heart. For in the name of Jesus Christ I make my requests. Amen.
