Bible Giants of Faith by James Taiwo is a short book that consists of the stories of 10 major characters from the Bible. It is part of the My Bible Story series and features Abraham, Moses, Joseph, Ruth, Samuel, David, Elijah, Daniel, Esther and Peter. As a person who came to faith later in life I found this book to be particularly useful in that it helped explain some of the more important stories in the Bible in a way that really made sense to me. I appreciated the consistent structure from chapter to chapter. I also appreciated how it helped me to better see each individual as a person. While it should not substitute the bible, it is a good complement to it as it draws attention to the incredible faith that each of these people exhibited in their choices.
