An act of exercising faith in God will always lead to a breakthrough.
Anyone who devotes his or her trust in God will not regret his action. We can clearly understand this lesson by studying the life of David in the bible.
Terrible and overwhelming circumstances befell him, but he still managed to express his confidence in God.
David was very sure that his God was strong enough to deliver him from all his tribulations.
The man composed a psalm and said,
“Truly my soul silently waits for God; From Him comes my salvation. He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be greatly moved… My soul, wait silently for God alone, for my expectation is from Him. He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be moved. In God is my salvation and my glory; the rock of my strength, And my refuge, is in God” Psalm 62:1-7
Lesson on Faith in God – Especially during Trial
No challenge should be able to stop us from trusting God since nothing is beyond his reach.
He is strong and able to solve any problem – irrespective of its magnitude!
Meanwhile, if we do not trust God, who else should we trust?
We cannot expect any miracle from a fellow human being since all humans are fallible and are limited in capability.
Believers must trust God and ask for his help since he is omnipotent and indefatigable!
No matter how terrible a trial is, it would submit to God’s power.
Therefore, everyone who wants to laugh over his or her problem must trust God.
Prayer of Grace To Exercise Faith in God
Dear God, please enable me to anchor my faith in you at all times.
Let me have resolute faith, and let me trust you over any challenge that comes my way. Give me victory; let me laugh, and let Satan be ashamed.
For in the name of Jesus Christ I pray. Amen.
